so I think the depo v2 are just LED upgrades and not a different headlight.
I can only find depo v2 from one seller on ebay.
I found their main website (same address as ebay seller)

They offer bright white V2 LEDS for 70 bucks, so I am assuming they are just placing dual firing LEDS with brighter output into stock depos.
That being said, the pics sure do look great
