This is the exact quote I received from a vendor:
"Thanks for the email. Good timing on purchasing the exhaust, Akrapovic is increasing their prices Jan 1/2012 by 5% and the Bmw 1M downpipe price was underestimated pre-production and will be increased by double Jan 1/2012"
I could've been fed BS but I doubt it, especially since the 5% increase aligns with what has already been confirmed.
