I still dunno what they said... My vote is cosmetic. Not sure how much more HP you can really get out of these anyway. They are already really fast. IF you are targeting like 10 hp then forget power altogether. Just leaves more money for mods. MODS MODS I LUVS ME MODS HA HA HA HAHA HA...
