Will eibach pro kit springs/stock m-sport dampers work in light snow?

Just about to pull the trigger on a used 135i, and the current owner is parting out the KW V3s that are on the car, so he's putting the stock m-sport suspension back on. I figured, why not order some lowering springs to give it a slightly lower ride height that I'm looking for, since the labor will be covered anyway.

I'm planning on daily driving the car, so I'll need to drive in light snow once in a long while (we get maybe 3-4 per year here) with snow tires. Will the ground clearance with the eibach pro kit be too low? I've ordered the springs and spoken to the shop, but it's not too late to back out if I call by tomorrow.

Also, how tough will it be to jack the car up from the center jack point? I have an older version of this jack
