I wouldn't think so. I had the M3 suframe bushings on my 135i and granted, didn't have an N55 midpipe, but no issues with either the stock midpipe nor the MadDad.

Is the resonator at the end of the N55 really that much bigger than the N54? The bushings didn't seem to be bigger, it was just their construction thwat was different IIRC.
