How long do they typically take to perform a 30k service and address pads/rotors like that? Since I'm only 22 I'm not sure how the loaner situation works, or do they allow under 25's to take them out anyways? Excuse my ignorance, I'm new to this whole warranty thing, haha.

Different dealerships may have different policies, but mine works like this.
Over 1 hour of LABOR=loaner
Under 1 hour of LABOR=on your own
Keep in mind this is not time spent at the dealership, it's time spent being worked on. My car was there from about 5pm on Fri-2pm Sat, and I did not get a loaner because the actual repairs took under an hour, they were just busy with other cars before mine got attended to.
