Met with the dealer today... happy with the outcome..
Getting wheels painted by their authorized panel beater for $500 and they will organize before I take delivery. Original price I got from their panel beater before all these issues arose was $1200...
All in all, still very happy with West Coast BMW, would recommend to any1
