There's no actual button on the floor. It's built into the throttle pedal assembly; you can't see the actual button.
Test it out when the car is off: Press the pedal all the way down until you feel the first point of resistance. Then press more, and the pedal "clicks" past the point of resistance. That's the kickdown button.
