pads and rotors have `13500 miles on them. I felt that it could be that but i still get the noises even when I am not on the breaks. IDK... but I am still keeping that as a problem. There is a space, about the thickness of a finger nail, between the pad and the rotor. Is that even normal?
I have done brakes before on my e39 and I do not remember seeing anything like that.

LOL!!!! best I can do with the go pro cam. However I listen to the vid through some headphones and I heard the noises a bit better.

I'm on the same page with you on that. Just wanted to see what others had to say.. so when I jack up the car.. I know what to specifically looks for and than look for anything else.
