Not sure how Spacers would affect the Downpipes. You'll need a tune to go with the downpipes, and most tunes eliminate the Timing pull, O2 Sensor miscalibration and CEL's. You could just pick up a DP fix but you'd be spending $100 that could be used towards a tune.
You do get what you pay for, and that applies in spades to exhaust systems. That being said, these Downpipes are Manufactured by AR Design and they set the pricing for them, not GTB. You'll find that the prices are on par with all other distributors of AR Design products. While their downpipes are certainly not cheap, there are a multitude of other brands out there that are more expensive (We carry a few).
You get what you pay for, and that applies in spades with Exhausts.
