Nothing really, it was just a bit tough to adjust it perfectly... The original hose is still installed on the car with 0 issues. Im assuming he just made a slight mod for future hoses somehow. This was installed quite some time ago when the 1M first came out and no one had really installed the OCC on a 1M.
