Really hate to comment on the warranty issue but once car is out of service for 30 days cumulative, you send a certified letter to BMW advising them that you are filing lemon law, fill out and send in the 2 page application in the booklet, and you will go to arbitration, without nothing to lose and the likelihood, they will at least go 50% on the repair.

As far as this thread, are you selling any of the performance parts (coilovers), or cosmetic upgrades (steering wheel), etc.
