I think these are the links. It's a 7-part RAR file. I used JDownloader to download all the files simultaneously.

After you extract the files (start with the part 01 file, the others should be done automatically after you point your RAR program of choice to the folder where all seven parts are contained), you'll need to burn the expanded files to a DVD.
Once you've burned the DVD, navigate to the \WIN95\BMW\TIS. Run setup.exe and install Sysadm.
Run Sysadm and install the TIS software by selecting TIS- Install. This will start the install process. Note, this process took FOREVER on my computer, as in just about overnight. I was sure it was broken, but it installed fine and it works flawlessly.
