Jack, can I start by asking why you want to change your brakes in the first place? If your answer is more powerful braking, then going to a smaller rotor sort of defeats the purpose. But if you say it's because you have no confidence in the Brembos to hold up on track then I can understand. Why not just get some aftermarket wheels? I am about to order a set of Work Bombarcher custom made to fit our cars in 18's. Let me know by PM if you are interested.
