I ordered my car back in September for PCD. My scheduled delivery is November 29th. I was told I'd be going back to my dealer about 2-3 weeks prior. My question is, if there are better rates available by the time I go in for my final paperwork, will I be able to take advantage of those? I know BMW sometimes gives holiday cash offers as well, would I be able to get that as well? I initially ordered the car as a lease, but I'm considering switching to finance of they have good rates in November. Is any of this possible or am I locked into the rate of September and a lease? Thanks.
