I wouldn't run VMR's solely because they weigh just as much as stock and are likely to bend(i've seen many examples). They're still cast wheels and they just look a little bit prettier than stock. Your best bet is getting apex's, OZ's, something substantially lighter than stock with some nice sticky tires.
