SSAM, drive your car without those harsh runflats on them and you'll quickly change your mind.

They certainly offer a modicum of peace of mind, but they are heavy and have no give to them. They make my e90 shudder going over substantial bumps, where non-runflats don't. Non-runflats smooth out the ride, cost less, offer way more tire choices, weigh quite a bit less, and grip a lot better.
