Thanks! Right, I'll keep the poll open for another 1.5 weeks max, after that I'll make bookings for the accommodation based on who is on the poll. After I've closed the poll, no one else will be allowed to join and anyone who wishes to pull out will incur charges, unless other people take their places or the booking office accepts amendments.
