I wish car manufacturers would put an elbow rest on the door sill on right hand driven cars. When you are cruising one handed, I rest my elbow on the door frame and after a few mins it gets painfull and have to move it off. I can see a small dent appearing on the door sill where my elbow has left an impression.
After all, you can rest your left arm on the middle rest, why not put one on the right?
