Yeah I read through the manual.. like i said this is BMW #8 for me, but the first I've had that allows you to set these things yourself without the dealer doing it. Like that.
Thanks guys, I got everything working. I'm aggrevated that the top down option requires CA. That has NOTHING to do with CA. My MZ4 Roadster allowed be to retract the top quickly and easily with the remote. I love how they cripple features then add them to packages to try and make the pricing seem more reasonable. I didn't order CA because I don't really care about keyless start. I *do* care about the remote top retract though.
And at least let us hold the unlock button and roll the windows down... like every other coupe and sedan since the E46s!!! Geez.
