Since the 1M has an turbo motor, it makes a lot of torque at low revs, so the three actions you stated would not be considered lugging the engine. However, if it was an NA motor like the M3, that style of driving would be considered lugging the engine and would decrease engine life and performance. Just as a tip, I would recommend downshifting to fifth or fourth, then flooring the accelerator to get good acceleration rather than just keeping it in sixth. That will also allow you to practice rev matching. Hope this helps
