So Im right? Without the valve the system is a dual system with two additional non functional dummy tips.

Knocking the plate out basically results in a straight pipe system. At that point why pay for an Akra? Any straight pipes should do the same trick. Seems to me the valve kit is mandatory if you order an Akra.
