It seems they treat buyers from out of town better than what they treat those of us who live here at the BMW Center in San Antonio. God help you if you have a trade in; they will offer you almost nothing even if it is a BMW that you bought from them in the first place and that has been very well maintained, mostly by their service dept. The sales people are pretty nice, at least the two that I know, and their service dept. does a very good job, but they will screw you coming and going when you buy and when you trade in a car. I guess with the out of towners, they figure you could buy at MSRP or better in your own city, so they may offer you a better deal than their "captive audience".
