The wheel is straight and the car drives straight.
Yes, this is the outside of the front left tire only. The rest of the tire isn't even near the wear bars, which seems odd. The more I think about it the less likely it seems it could be from aggressive right hand turns as I don't think I do them enough for this type of excessive wear.
I guess I'll look at new front tires, camber plates and an alignment to get the full mileage out of my tires from here on out.
