Exhaust Bottomed Out

So, I bottomed out the rear of my car puling into a parking space with a steep approach. I heard a metallic scraping sound and knew I had bottomed out the exhaust.

There's a bit of road rash on the underside of the tips, which doesn't bother me too much because you sort of have to be looking at it from underneath to really notice it.

What I'm a bit concerned about is that the exhaust pipe just forward of the muffler looks like it got hit, and the bend flattened slightly. I will try to get a pic up tomorrow when there's more daylight, but just off the top of your collective heads - is this type of damage generally nothing to be worried about? It looks pretty minor, but you never really know.

Thanks for any input. And damn the crazy screwed up roads around here - they're not very friendly to my lowered car...
