I'd try some Einszett Cockpit Premium or Einszett Plastic Deep Cleaner (lil stronger) as I'm not 100% sure since my car has leatherette but that's not leather there, right? That stuff cleans pretty well and leaves it completely matte and looking like it's from the factory as oppose to some other stuff that may make things shiny or slick. My 2 cents.
