Looks like a great start, congrats!
Some things to consider, nothing new here:
Adequate lighting at the correct kelvin temp
Adequate power (more is always better)
Proper flooring - chemical resistant
Sound system
Access to a good video monitor for how too's
Compressed air
Storage cabinets
Vacuum system
Fire extinguishers
Water source
Slop/Utility sink
Exhaust removal system
Internet connection
Clean and dirty work benches
Adequate wall blocking to hang heavy items - like tire racks etc.
All interior finishes should be easy to clean
Don't skimp on insulation, spay on is preferred
Mini-fridge
Ceiling fans/cross ventilation
Heat
Proper structure to support a hoist
Be sure it's kid friendly, lockable cabinets for chemicals etc....
Some durable but comfy chairs
