The 2011 North American International Autoshow press days have wrapped up. While there, BMW produced this short clip to overvue the changes which have been made to the 1-Series as part of
the new LCI for MY2012 cars. The most prominent changes are to the headlights and taillamps, with the inclusion of light defining graphics in the rear clusters and eyebrow LEDs to the front.
For the patient among you, starting at
2:36 in the video, BMW M Brand Manager Dr. Kay Segler speaks about the new 1M Coupe. Don't forget, the 1 Series M Coupe is truly Dr. Kay Segler's baby, as he had to push long and hard to get this car produced and his excitement for this car comes through every time he speaks. Even though the car is confined to a small stand location, the video does give some appreciated new angles to look at, especially the wide rear.
