SULEV cars registered in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, or Vermont are covered by the "California Emission Control Warranty". This warranty covers emissions related parts for 15 years/150,000 miles.
