Maybe try it in another car? Anyone local to you with the same car?
Seems strange. Maybe you need to reverse the polarity in that corner's light bulb socket - in order for that LED to opperate. Maybe use a VOM and check the polarity in BOTH front corner lights. IF you can even get some test leads up in there?
Sorry... I am out of ideas. I really think it is the poliarity of the wires - for LEDs to work/light up.
