You're going to need to cut the clearcoat back somewhat in order to reduce the visibility of that scratch.

As long as it hasn't scratched down through the clearcoat entirely you should be able to do something about it yourself.

Try Meguiar's Scratch X or something similar first followed by a gentle polish and then finally a wax. You should be able to hand apply this with a microfiber applicator pad.

If the scratch is right through the clearcoat you're going to need some type of respray, either partial or the full bumper.
