UPDATE
I dropped the car off at the dealer at 7am yesterday to have them take a look. I get a call around 3pm with them telling me they heard nothing but asked me to come take a ride with them. Turns out, they left the car in the sun for 7 hours before taking the ride so it was about 100* inside. Of course everything is swelled and pliable and didn't make a single noise. They wanted to keep it over night and try it again in the morning. Sure enough - got the call around 10am. They heard not only the interior noises but also the squealing brakes I had been complaining about for months! They replaced some clips in the panels for the rattling and were discussing what to do about the brakes. I'm a happy camper!
