That's a great choice for the motor OP, you'll comfortably clear 600 wheel assuming octane and fuel are there. What metal did you use for the manifold? SCH10?
Edit: and is that Port fueling you've set up? Any reasons as to why you are spraying pre-TB with that much fuel? Are you batch firing - regardless how are you controlling that?
