Agree with what the others have said. With the warranties still in place you should be covered for most issues that may come up. Check the tires, if they are original they should be nearing the end of their useful life, especially the rears.
It will be good to have another 135i in town. If you decide to go for it, consider joining the BMWCCA club. There is an autocross on the 18th at the BMW performance center in Greenville. It's probably too late to register but spectators are welcome and just watching is fun too and it would be a good trip to get used to the car.
Speaking of the BMW Performance Center, see if the dealer with throw in a driving experience at the Perfomance Center with the deal. Jason is the GM at BMW of Columbia.
