Mocked up some intercooler ducting. I also shaved a whole bunch of the front end of the OEM shrouding which exposed part of the power steering heat exchanger and the radiator. I'm going to add a flap inside the ducting to direct air to these parts.

You can see in the lower photo that the radiator doesn't come as far down as the radiator fan/shrouding. This void allows for the larger intercoolers offered by some aftermarket manufacturers. I would also think that most of the OEM radiator cooling occurs through the kidney grills as a result.

The vent block offs turned out pretty good too. Made them with expanding spray foam from Home Depot and some vaseline on the bumper to keep it from sticking. Will likely cut out and glue on aluminum covers to make them look pretty.
