I think the 1-series just generally doesn't get a lot of respect so everybody from pickups to Altimas to Audis want to take you on.
And least thats what I used to think.

Then I was talking to one of the senior execs here at work who's got a new M5 and he says people are always trying to race him too. Seriously, how many cars do you think he encounters on a daily basis are actually faster than his M5? I'm guessing .0001% but that doesn't stop people from trying.
