I'm looking at the service history right now. What I see is:
- Belt pre-tensioner, Rear Lamps and Drive unit, front window regulators incorrect connection/contact @ 12,212
- front window regulators permanent failure @ 15,841
- HPFP failure and N54 Programming HDP @ 15,841
Outside of these three "issues", everything else that's listed are oil and brake fluid changes, microfilter replacement and wiper blades.
Also listed is the HPFP warranty extension to 10/120K and the turbocharger's emissions warranty extension to 8/82K.
The 2nd owner only had it 2 months and traded it in for a SUV at the Mercedes dealer where it is now.

Would have preferred leather but it was not as important as having all the other features together.
If you get a car with an N54 engine be sure to check if the recall was performed on the High Pressure Fuel Pump.
