I've got the Stage 2 which compromises of a 20 row core which is about twice the size of the factory core. I don't think it would be possible to fit a bigger core in there. I've had mine in for a while and never had any oil temp related issues. It does take a while to warm up, especially in winter, but it's nice and warm up here at least 10 months of the year anyway
I went for a drive just before and the car is feels like it has more power. If think the best way to test it on the dyno is to run it with the mr.5 then unplug the hose from the airbox and block it off with some plastic. I'm confident it's making some gains.
