Angry 135i N55 DCT FBO PS2 - Central Electronics Failure

Hi guys, having some dramas with my car.

Recently had PS2 turbo fitted with Fuel-It TBI. All was professionally installed and running on MHD OTS E30 map. Apparently car was running very strong when it was at the workshop.

Got the car back from the workshop and car is throwing all sorts of warnings at me. iDrive is displaying 'central electronics failure' and gauge cluster keeps dropping in and out. Car is running very rough and stalling.
I managed to get the car home and I'm waiting for roadside assist to come and run a scan tool on the car to diagnose.
Yes ideally I would take the car back to the workshop, but the workshop is 2200kms away (I had the car transported back to me).
Already got the battery replaced (thinking it could be caused from low voltage) and alternator tested to be healthy.
I tried connecting to the car with MHD app, but says it cannot connect to the DME.

I've got a feeling it could be bricked body control unit or DME. Anyone have any thoughts?
