So far I've noted than when the 1M says zero miles I can only fit ~12 gallons into the tank before overflow, meaning there are roughly 2 gallons still in the tank if the 14 gallon tank specification is to be believed. I don't know how much of the remaining 2 gallons is usable, but I do know for a fact that you can get to zero miles remaining and still magically have fuel to drive- the question is how far?
