I notice my "wierd flutter noise"(only on decell revs falling) only when driving at 30 kph or less. Like you guys say - onlyt while stopped or espcially when driving next to a brick or stone wall slowly... you can hear the noise quite well. After 30 kph you can not hear it anymore.
