Other SoCal dealers did that, why didn't they? Techs response; not our responsibility. Then why did the other dealerships do it?

I understand they have to do a test drive after they service the car, to see if it's working properly. I am going to the dealership right now, so I will let everyone know how it goes.
You're going to the dealer to complain about 1/4 gallon of gas? By the way, the loaner vehicle is a courtesy they are not obligated to provide. Replacing the gas you use in that instance is the least you can do.
