who owns a 1 series and doesn't know about the old 2002....tii would be more consistent with their "bringing the 2002 back to life with a 1 series" advertising that they used to get us to buy the 1s in the first place... I guess I wouldn't care so much if they develop an engine that is unique to the new M1... like all the M3 and M5 have gotten through the years... of course they need to sell more cars so they are just going to keep taking shortcuts to make money, messing with serious business... money got involved
