So you are replacing part 5 gasket below? I have not replaced that, I just took the lines off to put an ER sports cooler on.
To go back to the original question, you just remove the third bolt from below that sits between the lines then they pop off. Then you should be able to get to your third bolt.
Just make sure you have rags handy.
