It's the parking structure that's like 2 or so blocks away. Unfortunately I'm not sure of the name is, but I'd always assumed it was the "main" parking structure down there.
HERE's a link to a building nearby - if you click on the "Street View" link it'll be pointing right at the structure I'm speaking of.
