Wheel question

Hey guys, I just upgraded from my e46 and was hoping to be able to put the new wheels I had just gotten for the e46 onto my new (to me) 135i. Tire rack has the same size listed as available for the 135i but recommends that slight fender rolling for the rears might be needed since its an "aggressive fitment". Didnt realize the 1 series wheels were so much smaller than e46. Anyways, the wheels are ASA GT5's with 255-35-ZR18s for the rears and 225-40-ZR18s for the fronts. Would love to get these on once I burn through the stock RFT's and let the dealer replace them under my warranty, then put the new ones on and have brand new RFTs waiting for me down the road. Skeptical of fender rolling though and the horror stories with paint chipping and all that. I did some research and people seem to be running this size with no problems, but others have slight rubbing. Anyone care to chime in?

Cliffs: Will 255 35 18x9s (rear), 225 40 18x8 (front) fit on my 2010 135i? Also, can I just use the same bolts/hardware already on the 135?

Edit (additional info):

5x120 bolt pattern
front offset = 40
rear offset = 45
