Not sure about setup, trying to get info myself on this, but while 18" rims/tires are probably better for the track (lighter weight, more tire choices and likely cheaper tire choices), if you want to autoX in stock class, the rims need to be stock size and width and within a certain tolerance for offset as well. Using an 18" rim with SCCA will bump you into a modified class.
