it sort of looks like they put a square set up on and didnt realize the rear to front are not swappable. To confirm this, can you take pics of how the wheel sits?
meaning the front should be almost poking out of the fenders, while the rear will be really sunken in. By putting the rear wheel in the front, it will poke out 10mm more than it normally should, while the rear will be sunken in by 10mm
