So my non-sport 128i has 17" wheels & tires. The specs on BMW web site says 16" so I'm guessing the official BMW website is wrong?

Also, can someone tell me if the steering wheel and gear shifter are leather wrapped? I'm about 75% certain they are but I just wanted to be 100% sure that they're not vinyl/leatherette.
