To the OP... welcome to the form and hoe your having a great time selling cars for BMW.
In a word, my SA was fantastic. I was a long sale (about 4 months to talk myself into it) an he worked with me with class and patience. Buying the car was about a 3 hour process, and i was very happy to drive it home that night. I helped out the dealer on the survey, and have since recommended anyone that I thought might like to own a BMW to my SA.
